Vera Kondratieva

Vera Kondratieva graduated with honours from Moscow State Law Academy in 2005 and obtained an LL.M in Corporate & Commercial Law from the University in London in 2010.

Vera is qualified to practice in Russia. In 2013 she was also admitted to Bar Association of Leningrad Oblast.

Vera has over ten years of post-qualification experience in corporate and commercial law and can also advise on a number of legal issues relating to cross-border transactions, trusts, banking and currency regulation.

Vera worked for a large law firm in Cyprus, following which she worked as an in-house lawyer for a multinational company specialising in mining and natural resources. Earlier experience includes working as a Lawyer for PwC and Mitsui & Co LLC.
